Assistant Account Executive
Do you feel like the last 4 years working on your Advertising degree & great internships have prepared you to be an Advertising pro? Our Assistant Account Executives are an integral part of our Client Partnership team! They serve as a liaison between the agency and client while maintaining accountability for a variety of account projects. Successful AAEs will manage and maintain the advertising needs for the client including sales reports, bi-monthly competitive reports, sample/reference binders, billing binders, and FTP site. They will ensure that all deadlines are being met by managing a daily list and keeping the team updated on the status of all projects; will assist with creative briefs and interact with other key departments such as Media, Project Management, Insight, Communications & Accounting; and will provide support in the areas of digital/interactive, collateral, planning, & meeting preparation/facilitation.

Ideal candidates will have:
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related discipline
• Relevant advertising /marketing internships; ability to explain campaign course projects and present samples
• Above average GPA
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Adobe applications, including InDesign, PhotoShop and Illustrator are a plus.

Account Director – CPG
Our Account Director is responsible for all day-to-day aspects of a national CPG account including owning/building key client relationships, developing CRM strategy for various brands, develop multi-touch personalized and dynamic communications programs, managing team of account service professionals and managing operations of internal cross functioning departments. The position is ultimately responsible for the growth of the account and the value/quality of service the client receives, therefore, they must provide strategic marketing solutions that drive overall marketing initiatives for the client. The position will work with internal partners to include: Insight & Planning, Creative, and technology team along with client and their various agency partners to develop overall CRM programs that maximize client's budget.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Client leadership and growth
• CRM strategy and implementation for CPG brands

Interactive Media Supervisor
We are looking for a mid-level internet marketing and new media professional with experience building and executing online media strategies for Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on working knowledge of all aspects of display media. This includes the strategy, placement, and analysis of both display media designed to drive awareness and brand interactions. Knowledge of cost-per-click search marketing, behavioral targeting, interactive banners, ad-serving technology, and video display banners is a requirement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
The individual must have successful experience in the following:
• 2-3 yrs. experience in online media planning
• Making strategic recommendations for the use of display media to drive client goals
• Developing tactical execution plans in support of defined and approved strategies
• Working with internal teams for banner/display development (creative to be developed within the agency creative services group, programming to be developed within the agency digital services group)
• Execution of day-to-day tactics associated with media placement, tracking, and ROI analysis
• Evaluation and selection of alternative placement venues and advanced techniques such as emerging media
• Management and development of additional resources as workload demands

Account Executive
Our Account Executives act as the liaison between the agency and the client, for execution of print flowcharts, Local Store Marketing and Ad Hoc projects. They are responsible for supporting the Account Supervisors, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that agency departments are completing all steps of a project.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Develop and maintain relationship with franchisees, managing executions of print projects, distribution of final proofs and questions.
• Flawless execution of print projects outlined on the print execution flowcharts.
• Order form development, maintenance and timelines for submission.
• Develop manifests for Client's print marketing.
• Proof all aspects of corporate proofs and approve all revisions once complete.
• Manage all deadlines of print vehicles. Work with vendor and AS to ensure projects are on schedule and communicated to client.
• Manage communication with client for all LSM and Ad Hoc projects including estimate approval & project communication.
• Provide support in coordinating all drops involving communication with Media, Traffic, Production and Insight.
• Ensure that all steps in the process of a project are taken care of accurately and in a timely fashion. Manage schedule of events, lead time, check lists, due dates, etc.
• Keep Media and Production informed of upcoming jobs and maintain schedules to ensure that those teams have the necessary materials to complete their job in a timely & efficient manner.

QUALFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Advertising. Must know the fundamentals of marketing and advertising learned through 1 to 2 years work experience, plus relevant internships.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving skills and the ability to accept accountability.
• Ability to work in very fast paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.

Information Architect/User Experience
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating customer journeys, user flows, architecture documents, sitemaps, and wireframes in support of a variety of types of projects, from brand-presence sites to marketing microsites to e-mail campaigns. Must be self-sufficient in working with team members in flushing out user related project requirements, execution of deliverables to meet those requirements, and capable of handling internal and project kick-off sessions and client presentations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• Five + years experience producing user flows, architecture documents, site maps, and wireframes for name-brand corporate clients (work samples required; online portfolio preferred)
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of usability and site-design best practices
• Able to help identify gaps in project requirements and execute detailed information design planning documents
• Familiar with best practices in SEO and HTML e-mail design
• Good oral communication and presentation skills; should be comfortable in front of a group

Print Media Buyer/Planner
The Media Buyer/Planner acts as liaison between media vendors and the Client Partnership Team/ clients. Develops and executes marketing support for clients. Builds and maintains vendor relationships. Ensures the meeting of deadlines and completing all steps of a project to ensure flawless execution.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Serve as a liaison between Agency and Vendor; maintain accountability and management of all media advertising initiatives.
* Assist Client Service with project management by working closely with internal and external vendors to ensure accurate and smooth execution of all projects in terms of accomplishing objectives and budget management.
* Maintain up-to-date files and vendor insertion orders on all projects in addition to the diligent documentation of all Vendor communications and confirmations.
* Develop and execute media plans for clients.
* Understand client strategy relative to media objectives, develop plans based on marketing strategy, develops materials for client meetings, and gains client approval on marketing plans.
* Maintain master flowcharts/plans for client(s). This maintenance includes client revisions, cost changes and revenue forecasting.
* Manage and maintain media budgets for client(s).
* Check invoices against approved media flowchart/plans budget.
* Work out any discrepancies either internally or with the vendor.
* Assist with billing and reconciliation of all media budget information.
* Seek opportunities to improve current media plans and add strategic value to clients.
* Seek to improve media processes in order to improve efficiency and maintain high accuracy.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Advertising or a related field. Some outside training/continuing education within the field may be needed.
* 2+ years experience with proven print buying, planning vendor negotiations. Must have knowledge of main capabilities of key media vendors. Should have completed plans and executed buys involving these vendors.
* Ad agency experience preferred.
* Microsoft Office skills, including, with exceptional proficiency in Excel.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.

DATABASE PROJECT MANAGER
The Database Project Manager, with the direction of either a Program Manager or Project Director, will lead and direct high-priority projects, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration within varying agency departments. This person will be responsible for assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, maintaining necessary communications with applicable team members, and developing schedule to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Recommend the appropriate data strategy to meet the direct mail & email marketing campaign business needs
• Collaborate with Database Services staff to design and maintain data warehouse & data marts for clients
• Work with DBA to identify areas of improvement on the source systems side to enhance the data load & extraction processes
• Assist with unit and system testing, conducting in-person or web demonstrations of RAZOR database solutions and capabilities for future prospects, and assist other users with UAT
• Conduct kick-off meetings, set expectations of the project, measure project performance, ensure project documents are complete, effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards, review high-level deliverables across projects
• Analyzes profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes as defined in the change management plan, and facilitate customer acceptance
• Record detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders in order to establish the project deliverables, using requirement-gathering techniques (e.g., planning sessions, brainstorming, focus groups) and the project charter
• Implement the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate project risk events
• Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Advertising or related discipline; PMI certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years advertising/marketing related experience, with 3+ years direct advertising experience; Graphic Art background helpful
• 5+ years of experience in database project management & client account management
• 5+ years of experience working for marketing database solution companies with focus on multi-channel customer contact & communication.
• Knowledge of overall agency structure and project management processes required
• Knowledge of Alterian CRM suite is a plus.
• General database architecture skills and experience including ETL and reporting
• Very good knowledge of relational & dimensional database models
• Very good knowledge and understanding of all aspects of building & maintain marketing database systems (processes & physical databases) including address hygiene & standardization, merge/purge, household, transactional data processing, promotion history, email blasting, campaign execution & reporting, etc.
• Experience with Alterian Dynamic Messenger, Alterian reporting & campaign manager preferred
• PC or Macintosh literate; experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
• Macintosh, cross-platform background desirable
